When emotions affects our personality

In this post when emotions defeats out personality, I wish to share and discuss some thoughts about two recent incidents connected with two Indian Celebrities.

We all look down upon when Indian fast bowler Sreesanth was arrested by Delhi Police of cricket match fixing. The news reports reveal that he was getting around INR 5 -10 cr per month (officially). When his emotion made him greedy for money, he was caught for illegal activities and lost everything.  All of his efforts are in vain now. I cannot imagine how much sweat he had spent for becoming a famous cricketer. How much strain he might have afforded during his practice?. How much pain and hard works his parents have experienced?. I still remember an event held in High Court of Kerala where Sreesanth was the chief guest. The event was connected with annual program of lawyers association in High Court of Kerala. In that function one of the Judge of High Court was saying that he was too happy to be seated near to Sreesanth and he will say it to his son as a credit dialogue that He had sat near to Sreesanth. It is true that Sreesanth has come in top news categories due to his emotional behaviors with co-players and opposition team players. There were a series of occasions when Sreesanth was highly criticized for his rude behaviors in play grounds. Many media and social network pages quoted his rude practices as part of game spirit. But in IPL match fixing and his arrest incidents ruined his personality as a whole.

The second celebrity who is loosing his image is Phaneesh Murthy. I don’t know he can be called as celebrity. I heard several time that in corporate and business worlds, individuals are not called as celebrities even they are highly familiar and wealthy than actors and singers. His sexual emotion spoiled his career. Once it was already in news about sexual harassment cases and its punishments years ago.

I must say Mr Murthy is an all rounder, because he has proved his ability and skill in the area of management and finance when he builds up the turnover of Infosys from 2 million to 700 million within 7 years. In 2002 Infosys Company has throw him out as an aftermath of sexual harassment case.

Phaneesh Murthy founded new IT company in 2002 and joined into IGate in 2003. He because CEO of iGate in 2008. He has proved his efficiency and management skills and iGate grow up to one of the biggest IT Company in India after acquiring Patni Computer Systems. iGate came into news rows when they got fine of $45,000, from US Department of Justice for employees discrimination case during 2008. The company came in news reports when they got outsourcing contract with Royal Bank of Canada. Now the entire image of Phaneesh Murthy went wrong direction when of his subordinate state filed a sexual harassment case against him. News reports say that Mr Murthy has accepted his secret sexual relations to iGate managing board. Here Mr. Murthy’s sexual emotions made all of his achievements in vain.
